What does it cost to list my shop?
Nothing up front and nothing today. Listing is free, with no monthly fee and no contract. Our cut will come out of the reservation deposit once online deposits are switched on, and only when a job actually books.
How do requests arrive?
A local owner prices their exact vehicle on Coateau and picks the studios they want offers from. The request lands in your dashboard with the car, the coverage, the timing and the estimate already attached. You reply with a price. You get the customer's contact details once they pick you.
What is the fee, exactly?
20% of the reservation deposit, charged only when a customer picks you and pays. On an $1,800 full front that is about $50, with no fee on requests you do not win and no fee on the rest of the job price. Online deposits are not live yet, so right now there is no fee at all.
Is anyone using this yet?
Coateau is new. 170 studios are listed from their public Google profiles and none have claimed yet, so an early claim means you are the only studio in your area able to answer a request. We would rather say that plainly than imply a queue of booked jobs that does not exist.
How do I claim an existing listing?
Search for your shop name on this page. If it is already listed from your public Google profile, click Claim and create a login: about ten minutes, no card required. We confirm new claims against the studio's published contact details.
